New for 2025/2026 Season

1. Wednesday Evening Practices

Due to the ongoing renovations at MNP, we will be unable to hold Wednesday evening practices until after Christmas. In lieu of the evening practice other options are being looked into as alternate activities (pickleball, volleyball...) I have included a question in the Registration package regarding interest to such planned activities. Also, if you have any ideas or are involved in any possible activities/groups, please forward that information onto coach Trina. 

We will be providing Registration information for the second half of the season in December, once we have a confirmed date for the start up of Wednesday evening practices.

2. Entry to Pool Area

All aquatic participants will be required to enter the AQ facility through the Foundation Lounge, descending via the scaffolding stairs to access the men’s and women’s dry change rooms, which will be temporarily located on the east side of the training pool deck.

• There will be a staff member checking everyone’s access cards at this entry point.

• On-deck showers will be available for athlete use.

• *NEW* we are installing a few lockers in the on deck changerooms

• The nearest toilets are:

• • Concourse level beside Guest Services (if wearing street clothes)

  • Family Changerooms off Member Lounge (if wearing swimming clothes)

3. Parking at MNP  

There are NEW parking rules in effect at MNP. I have attached the full release but as a summary:

• Weekdays (Monday to Friday) 4am - 4pm - 2.5hrs of free parking is available. Once that time is exceeded a rate of $8.00/hr will be applied to a daily max. of $24.00

• Weekdays after 4pm - 2hrs of free parking is available. Once that time is exceeded a rate of $8.00/hr will be applied to a daily max. of $24.00

• Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) 4am - close - 2 hrs of free parking is available. Once that time is exceeded a rate of $8.00/hr will be applied to a daily max of $24.00

Additional parking only needs to be purchased at the end of the FREE parking. Additional time can be purchased either by using the Calgary Parking app or parking kiosks.
